Overview
Left unchecked, stress can cause physical, emotional, and spiritual problems. Although we cannot avoid stress completely, we can learn to handle it in Christ-honoring, productive ways. Holly G. Miller says that if stress is carefully harnessed, it can create positive results in our lives. This study will also show what the difference is between stress and worry, how stress can possibly be good for us, and how we can glorify God despite our stressful circumstances.
